Responsibilities

  • Communicating with customers and responding to their requests
  • Problem solving and complaints
  • Provide product information
  • Follow up on customer requests
  • Documentation of customer requests and feedback

Qualifications and requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • CV 
  •   At least one year of experience   
  • Communication skills and the ability to deal tactfully with customers
  • Good knowledge of CRM systems and customer service programmes
